Mission: To support LHS families by bringing pertinent information to parents about relevant teens issues. To provide parents with the necessary tools to raise health aware and well balanced teens. To encourage a support system for families via the PTSO Student Directory increasing awareness and community. To financially aide on campus needs within the scope of our mission.
The Cardinal Families Health Action Network (HAN) is an organization dedicated to bringing health awareness, tools and strategies to students and families. We promote healthy living and support families in making healthy lifestyle choices. We support and provide information on topics like drugs & alcohol, bullying, sex, suicide, mental health, stress, nutrition, etc.
The committee is made up of parents, community members, teachers, administrators and counselors. We have been active in the community at Lincoln High School since 2003.
We support families by providing Health Safety Alerts (as needed), Courageous Conversations (quarterly) and Newsletters (quarterly). We also include an asterisk next to pledge signers family names in the FOL / LHS Student Directory to make parents aware of which families have taken the HAN Pledge.
Please read and then take the HAN pledge.
